You might have been experiencing some dark days with your mental health, but I believe things can get better for you. Accessing help is an important first step to bringing about change. I believe every person who seeks help is courageous and deserves support to get their emotional and psychological needs met.

I have experience of working with individuals with a wide variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, panic disorder, bereavement, low self-esteem, anger, personality issues and relationship difficulties. My specialist interest is trauma, and I have considerable expertise working with clients who have experienced either single event trauma or multiple traumas over a period of time. I see clients mostly face to face but I am happy to make you a virtual or a telephone appointment if you would prefer.

My Qualifications

• 2001: Bachelor of Science in (BSc) in Psychology, University of Warwick
• 2006: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.Clin.Psych), University of Edinburgh
• 2010: I spent one year at Adelphi University, New York, on the postgraduate program in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
• Current membership(s) of professional, national and regional bodies: British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Division of Clinical Psychology (DCP), and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
